368 Woodlands Ave 1
The brief for this residence was to create a sanctuary that balances "Hotel Luxury" with everyday functionality. We aimed to elevate the standard residential layout by introducing architectural textures—such as fluted wall panels and cove lighting—to create a sense of depth and curated elegance.
The Outcome
By utilizing a monochromatic base with warm wood accents, we created a timeless environment that feels expansive yet intimate.
Architectural Living & Dining: Featuring bespoke wainscoting and integrated ceiling coves that enhance the height and volume of the social heart of the home.
Translucent Spatial Division: The master suite utilizes black-framed glass partitions for the walk-in wardrobe, maintaining a visual connection while defining functional zones.
Contrast Bathrooms: We designed a "Light vs. Dark" bathroom concept—one utilizing white marble for a refreshing morning routine, and a second featuring slate-textured stone for a moody, spa-like evening experience.
