For this HDB Resale unit, Interea executed a complete spatial overhaul designed to maximize natural light and flow. We focused on "Technical Minimalism," integrating bespoke carpentry throughout the living and dining areas to eliminate visual clutter. The project involved re-engineering the kitchen layout for better ergonomics and implementing a unified material palette of light wood and neutral tones to create a sense of expansive continuity. From structural hacking permits to the final intricate laminate finishes, we managed the entire design-build lifecycle with absolute precision.
